Nice place, very nice staff. Decent rooms, comfortable. Portable HVAC units not perfect. Weirdly tiny showers. Nice restaurant, good margaritas. Food passable, not great, but I was on a pre-selected menu. Fun little patio on the zocalo. Location right downtown, even if Pachuca doesn't offer much.
More like 3.5 stars because the rooms were clean and good but the drains did not work properly and drained really slowly. (both sink and shower) Lobby and service were both good. Breakfast was very lacking despite all the good reviews. Maybe cuz we went on weekdays and there were barely anyone there.
A great place to stay in the historic center of Pachuca, fronting on the plaza. The rooms are spotless and the bed very comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I ate one meal in the restaurant. It was good and the service excellent.

An excellent location from which to explore Pachuco Centro. Our suite was very nice, the plumbing in the room was a bit tired, the restaurant was very nice with good food, and the hotel and restaurant staff very pleasant.
